Cookie policy
Detailed information about cookies and storage technologies used on the Guli website.
Last updated: 16 October 2026 (consent version defined in the site configuration).
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies such as browser local storage (localStorage) may also be used. They allow preferences to be remembered, basic functions to be maintained or, where you consent, advertising measurement or related storage.
2. Site controller
Guli (Barcelona, Spain) is responsible for this website. The complete identifying details of the data controller must be provided by the owner before the final publication of these legal policies.
3. Technologies currently active
Consent storage: key in first-party localStorage, provider Guli, purpose to save cookie preferences to evidence the user's choice, category Necessary, duration per site configuration, consent not required (strictly necessary).
Google Ads (tag AW-18516482312): Google script used for advertising measurement and campaigns. It loads with Google Consent Mode v2; advertising cookies and storage are only enabled if you accept Marketing (and analytics storage linked to the tag only if you accept Analytics). By default, without your consent, Consent Mode remains denied.
4. Cookie categories
Necessary: always active for basic operation and consent management.
Preferences: disabled by default.
Analytics: disabled by default. Controls Google analytics storage (Consent Mode) linked to the advertising tag; it does not mean a standalone analytics product.
Marketing: disabled by default. Allows Google Ads to measure campaigns and use cookies or similar advertising technologies when you consent.
5. How consent is obtained and managed
On the first visit a banner is shown with three actions: accept, reject or configure.
Optional categories are not activated by default. Consent Mode v2 starts denied until you choose.
Rejecting non-essential cookies does not block browsing or access to the site.
Preferences can be reviewed at any time via “Configure cookies” in the footer.
6. Withdrawal of consent
You may withdraw or change your choice at any time via the permanent “Configure cookies” link in the footer. Withdrawal updates Consent Mode and stops future optional Google Ads storage according to your new preferences.
7. Deletion from the browser
You can also delete cookies and local storage from your browser settings. Google Ads cookies (for example click or advertising identifiers) can likewise be removed in the browser; some providers may require additional steps in their own settings.
8. International transfers
If you accept Analytics or Marketing, Google may process data related to the Google Ads tag, which may involve international transfers (including the US) under Google’s terms and safeguards. If you reject those categories, Consent Mode remains denied for those uses.
For more information on the processing of personal data, see our Privacy policy.
